Dramatic late winner moves Xavi's side level on points with Real Madrid

Raphinha's late header gave Barcelona a thrilling 3-2 win over Valencia at the Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys on Saturday.

The Brazilian forward nodded home from the centre of the box in the 89th minute to secure all three points for the visitors.

Barcelona had taken the lead twice in the first half through Robert Lewandowski and Pedri, but Valencia fought back both times through Edinson Cavani and Samuel Lino.

The game was also marred by a red card for Barcelona defender Ronald Araujo in the 16th minute.

The win moves Barcelona level on points with Real Madrid at the top of the LaLiga Santander standings, although they have played one game more.

Valencia, meanwhile, remain in 12th place.
