Arriving Cruise Ships to Dock at Lucayan Harbour
Effective immediately, all cruise ships arriving in Freeport, Bahamas will now be docking at the Lucayan Harbour located on the west side of the island.
This move is part of a larger effort by the Freeport Harbour Company to improve the overall cruise passenger experience and to accommodate the growing number of cruise ships visiting the island.
The Lucayan Harbour offers a number of advantages over the previous docking location, including:
