Women's T20 WC 2024: NZ unveil their 15-member squad

New Zealand have named their 15-member squad for the upcoming Women's T20 World Cup 2024.

The squad includes a number of experienced players, as well as some exciting new talent.

The most notable inclusion in the squad is Suzie Bates, who will be playing in her fifth T20 World Cup.

Bates is the leading run-scorer in T20Is and will be a key player for New Zealand in the tournament.

Other experienced players in the squad include Sophie Devine, Amy Satterthwaite, and Lea Tahuhu.

Satterthwaite is a versatile all-rounder who can bat, bowl, and field.

Plimmer is a young batter who has impressed for the Canterbury Magicians in domestic cricket.
